In Western Australia, Red Rock Leisure in partnership with Chris Taylor, owns and operates some of Perth's most well known restaurants in the city’s most outstanding locations. These include Fraser's Restaurant and Function Centre in Kings Park overlooking the City of Perth; BWG Steakhouse at historic Heathcote on the Canning River; The Old Brewery on the Swan River and Indiana on the sand at Cottesloe Beach.
In Far North Queensland with the Hasler Group our Suntourism business operates tourism and hospitality ventures including amongst others Rattle & Hum Bar and Grill in Port Douglas, Rattle on The Esplanade, P.J.O'Brien's in Cairns and The Pier Bar on the waterfront.
Red Rock Leisure also operates an airport hospitality division with bars and cafes such as Macchinetta, Able Baker Charlie, Hightide, Little Ludlow and others in T2 and T3 at Melbourne Airport and Macchinetta in T1 at Perth Airport. Most recently we have opened Longneck Public House at Perth Airport in both Domestic and International and Two Johns Taphouse in Melbourne Airports new Terminal 4.
